Public terms
A public outline, not the signed Sprint agreement.
This public page is not the final signed agreement. A project starts only after fit review, a separate written agreement, payment, and brief lock. The signed agreement controls if its terms differ from this page.

Commercial outline
Pilot is $1,500 per month. Site rebuild is $2,000 per month. Full system is scoped by proposal. Ad spend is billed separately. No performance guarantees. A project starts only after fit review, a separate written agreement, and payment.
Base delivery outline
Delivery follows the written agreement for the chosen price. Known limitations and one consolidated revision round apply when a revision round is included in that agreement.
Agency and client inputs
The agency and client provide rights-cleared brand assets, accurate product facts, substantiation for objective claims, one authorized approver, timely consolidated feedback, and a usable test plan. Missing or late required inputs can pause the delivery clock.
Production boundaries
The base Sprint does not include media buying, account spend, targeting, trafficking, platform approval, community management, landing pages, creator sourcing, custom software, or unlimited revisions. A request that requires a new paid base render is outside the base variant/cutdown definition.
Claims and synthetic media
Objective claims require client-provided substantiation. Synthetic people are not to be represented as real customers, users, employees, creators, experts, or endorsers. Specific approval, disclosure, ownership, license, cancellation, confidentiality, and remedy terms belong in the final signed agreement.
No performance guarantee
AutoMarketing scopes production assets and a measurement-ready handoff, not ROAS, revenue, leads, reach, virality, platform acceptance, or any other media or business outcome. The agency controls media strategy and execution.
