We collect what the service needs.
This page describes the data used to operate AutoMarketing and the current public marketing surface.
Last updated September 16, 2026
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address and password hash; the brand, product, destination, platform, schedule, and media settings you provide; approval and account activity; and operational logs needed to run and troubleshoot the service.
Tracked destination links record the time of a click, the post slug, a one-way hash derived from the visitor IP address, and basic request details such as user agent and referrer. We do not use that data to build advertising profiles.
Public application status
The public application preview does not collect or submit application data. Public intake is gated until a monitored channel and its retention, access, notification, and response handling are verified.
How we use information
We use the information to authenticate accounts, configure and generate content, show approval queues and reports, schedule approved posts, maintain security, and support the service.
Cookies
The app uses an authentication session cookie so signed-in users can access their workspace. The v1 marketing site does not include third-party advertising cookies.
Sharing and service providers
We share data only as needed to operate the service—for example with hosting, media-generation, and selected social-platform providers—or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain account and project records while the service is active and as needed for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes. We limit collection to what the product needs and use access controls appropriate to the data. Internet services cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, or delete account information. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Start a request through the contact page.
Changes
We will update this page when the product’s data practices materially change and revise the date above.
