FAQ

Clear boundaries before a brief is locked.

Operational answers for scope, review, and measurement.

Is this media buying?

No. The agency retains accounts, spend, targeting, trafficking, and performance decisions.

Do you publish the ads?

Not in the base Sprint. The delivery package is prepared for agency-controlled trafficking.

What does “test-ready” mean?

Agreed files, a locked brief, creative IDs, an asset manifest, technical and brand checks, and disclosure notes. It does not mean guaranteed platform acceptance or performance.

Are synthetic presenters real customers?

No. Synthetic people are not represented as real customers, users, employees, creators, experts, or endorsers. Placement-specific disclosure decisions must be documented.

Who approves claims?

The agency or client supplies substantiation and one authorized approver accepts the brief and work. AutoMarketing production review is not legal advice or legal approval.

What counts as a variant/cutdown?

A variant/cutdown adapts an existing paid base render without requiring a new paid base render. Work that requires a new paid base render is outside the base scope and requires a change order.

What happens if approvals are late?

The 30-day clock pauses until complete, usable required input or approval is received.

How many revision rounds are included?

One consolidated revision round for the complete Sprint. Feedback must be complete, non-conflicting, and returned by the sole approver.

Can we use our own creators or footage?

Yes, when rights and scope are clear. Added editing or sourcing complexity may require a separately agreed change order.

Is a recurring service available immediately?

No. A recurring production engagement may be considered only after a paid Sprint is completed, delivery is accepted, and the approval and data rhythm is shown to work. It is separate and never automatic.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Delivery and evidence are scoped; ROAS, revenue, leads, reach, platform approval, and other media or business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Who owns the final assets?

Ownership and usage rights are stated in the final signed Sprint agreement. This public FAQ does not replace or improvise those contract terms.

Have the operating inputs?
